The location was perfect. I could easily walk to many attractions! It was also very convenient to access public transport. The staff at the reception was friendly and efficient. They helped me with all my inquiries. I liked the stylish design of the common areas.

The minibar was not as well-stocked as I had expected. Though it wasn't a major issue.

the bathroom had a good size, and the shower was also a good size. the location was excellent close to the colon metro and the main sights.

the hotel room was very small. no glases, only waterkoker were present.

the receptionist welcomed me so warmly upon my arrival, he was very informative. the hotel has a beautiful design, so spot clean. rooms are big and bright and include personalized hotel amenities, i liked it. staff is very polite and helpful, i got everything i need it.

the restaurant menu did not have enough variety and i wanted more veggie options.
